كلاساوي منصة للجامعات تربط الدكتور والمعيد والطالب: الجدول، والحضور، والكويزات، والشيتات، والدرجات، والطلبات. توضح هذه الصفحة البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذا، ومن يراها، ومدة الاحتفاظ بها، وكيف تطلب حذفها.
الخلاصة: نجمع فقط ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة لجامعتك. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات إعلانية. وعند تسجيل الحضور لا نحفظ إحداثيات موقعك، بل المسافة بينك وبين القاعة فقط.
1. من نحن
«كلاساوي» (Classawy) هي الجهة المشغّلة للتطبيق والموقع classawy.com. تستخدم جامعتك كلاساوي لإدارة سجلاتها الأكاديمية، فالجامعة هي صاحبة هذه السجلات (الحضور والدرجات)، ونحن نعالجها نيابةً عنها لتقديم الخدمة. للتواصل: [email protected].
2. البيانات التي نجمعها

لا نصل إلى جهات الاتصال أو الرسائل أو الميكروفون، ولا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية. الكاميرا والمعرض يُستخدمان فقط عندما تختار رفع صورة.
3. من يرى بياناتك
- جامعتك: دكاترة ومعيدو موادك (كل معيد يرى مجموعاته فقط)، ومسؤولو الكلية والجامعة حسب صلاحياتهم. ولا ترى أي جامعة بيانات جامعة أخرى.
- مقدّمو خدمات نستعين بهم فقط لتشغيل الخدمة: Cloudflare (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات وتخزين الملفات)، وGoogle Firebase Cloud Messaging (توصيل الإشعارات)، وResend (إرسال رموز الدخول بالبريد).
- جهات رسمية إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
4. مدة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات الحساب: طوال وجود الحساب، وتُحذف خلال 30 يومًا من طلب الحذف (الاسم والبريد والرقم الجامعي والأجهزة والإشعارات).
- الإشعارات داخل التطبيق: تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 120 يومًا.
- رموز الدخول: صالحة لدقائق، وتُحفظ مشفّرة (hash) ثم تُحذف.
- السجلات الأكاديمية (الحضور والدرجات والتسليمات والطلبات ومرفقاتها): تحتفظ بها جامعتك حسب لوائحها، حتى بعد حذف حسابك في التطبيق، بدون اسمك أو بريدك.
5. الحماية
كل الاتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS). الملفات خاصة وتُعرض بروابط مؤقتة قصيرة العمر، ورموز الدخول وكلمات مرور لوحة التحكم محفوظة مشفّرة. بيانات كل جامعة معزولة عن غيرها، وكل عملية حسّاسة مسجّلة في سجل تدقيق.
6. حقوقك
يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك داخل التطبيق، وطلب تصحيحها من جامعتك أو منا، وطلب حذف حسابك من التطبيق (حسابي ← حذف الحساب) أو كما هو موضّح في صفحة حذف الحساب. ولأي سؤال عن الخصوصية راسلنا على [email protected].
7. الأعمار
كلاساوي مخصّص لطلبة الجامعات وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين فيها، وليس موجّهًا للأطفال.
8. التعديلات
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة سنحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، وننبّهك داخل التطبيق عند أي تغيير جوهري.
Privacy Policy

Classawy is a platform for universities that connects professors, teaching assistants and students: timetables, attendance, quizzes, sheets, grades and requests. This page explains what data we collect and why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
In short: we only collect what is needed to run the service for your university. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use advertising trackers or analytics. When you confirm attendance we don't store your coordinates, only your distance from the room.
1. Who we are
Classawy operates the app and classawy.com. Your university uses Classawy to manage its academic records, so the university owns those records (attendance and grades) and we process them on its behalf to provide the service. Contact: [email protected].
2. Data we collect

We don't access contacts, messages or the microphone, and we don't track your location in the background. The camera and photo library are used only when you choose to upload a picture.
3. Who sees your data
- Your university: the professors and TAs of your courses (each TA sees only their groups), and faculty or university administrators according to their permissions. No university can see another university's data.
- Service providers we use only to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (delivering notifications) and Resend (emailing sign-in codes).
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We don't sell data or share it for advertising.
4. Retention
- Account data: while the account exists; deleted within 30 days of a deletion request (name, email, student number, devices and notifications).
- In-app notifications: deleted automatically after 120 days.
- Sign-in codes: valid for minutes, stored hashed, then deleted.
- Academic records (attendance, grades, submissions and requests with their attachments): kept by your university under its regulations, even after your app account is deleted, without your name or email.
5. Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Files are private and shown through short-lived links; sign-in codes and dashboard passwords are stored hashed. Each university's data is isolated, and every sensitive action is recorded in an audit trail.
6. Your rights
You can see your data in the app, ask your university or us to correct it, and ask for your account to be deleted from the app (Account → Delete account) or as described on the delete account page. For any privacy question email [email protected].
7. Age
Classawy is meant for university students, teaching staff and university employees, and is not directed at children.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above and let you know in the app about any significant change.
