حذف حساب كلاساوي
تطبيق «كلاساوي» (Classawy) — المطوّر: Classawy
تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية في أي وقت، بإحدى طريقتين:
من التطبيق (الأسرع)
- افتح تطبيق كلاساوي وسجّل الدخول.
- ادخل على تبويب «حسابي».
- اضغط «حذف الحساب»، واكتب السبب لو حابب (اختياري)، ثم «إرسال طلب الحذف».
بالبريد الإلكتروني
ابعت رسالة إلى [email protected] من نفس البريد المسجّل في حسابك، وعنوانها «حذف حساب». هنتأكد إن الطلب منك قبل التنفيذ.
إيه اللي بيتحذف
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني والرقم الجامعي المرتبط بالتطبيق، واللغة.
- الأجهزة المسجّلة ورموز الإشعارات، وكل جلسات الدخول (هيتم تسجيل خروجك من كل الأجهزة).
- الإشعارات داخل التطبيق، وصلاحيات الحساب.
إيه اللي بيفضل
سجلات الحضور والدرجات، والتسليمات والطلبات المرفقة بها (ومنها الصور)، ملك جامعتك وجزء من سجلّك الأكاديمي الرسمي، فبتفضل عند الجامعة حسب لوائحها، بدون ربطها باسمك أو بريدك في التطبيق. وبنحتفظ بسجل تدقيق مختصر بإن الحذف تم (بدون بياناتك الشخصية) لأغراض الأمان.
المدة
بننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى، وبنبعتلك تأكيد على بريدك لما يتم.

Delete your Classawy account
"Classawy" app — developer: Classawy
You can ask for your account and personal data to be deleted at any time, in one of two ways:
In the app (fastest)
- Open the Classawy app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account, add a reason if you like (optional), then Request deletion.
By email
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete account". We will confirm the request is yours before acting on it.
What is deleted
- Account data: name, email, the student number linked to the app, and language.
- Registered devices, push tokens and all sessions (you are signed out everywhere).
- In-app notifications and account permissions.
What is kept
Attendance and grade records, and the submissions and requests attached to them (including photos), belong to your university as part of your official academic record, so the university keeps them under its regulations, no longer linked to your name or email in the app. We keep a short audit entry that the deletion happened (without your personal data) for security.
Timeline
We complete the request within 30 days at most and email you a confirmation when it's done.
